They had printed questions with 3-4 people in room...very robotic and not something I had experienced before in an interview, All questions were scenerio;s and what if's. They each would take turns going around the room asking these questions they had printed out like it was a test for them, questions were like have you ever been in this situation and if you were how did you handle it or have you ever done this or what do you feel about this? If an employee was breaking these rules how would you handle this situation, how do you feel about this?
