Consists of two interviews. One with the team lead and one with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was not friendly at all and seemed to only hold the position based on her 20+ years with the company. Would not make eye contact with me during the entire interaction. She would always compare my education to hers and sort of looked down on me for being a recent graduate with no experience other than internships (which she didn't acknowledge). She took no notes during our interview and I did not have an opportunity to demonstrate my character as a person. Said they would call me back with a decision in a day or two and they never gave me a call back from either her or HR, not professional at all.
