Interview
First was a short phone interview. It was only maybe like 7 minutes long, and they just asked me if I had done certain things in the past such as running a Google Ad campaign or Facebook Ads campaign. Then I had a zoom interview the next day and that took about 25 minutes. They described more about what the job would entail and what they do at the company. Then they asked me about my past experience and some other usual interview questions.

Aside from there being no general direction of the entire process, the way the company handled everything was unprofessional. After a 10 minute initial phone call, I was given a zoom interview which was the “final interview”. After preparing for this to be a minimum of 30 minutes, I was shocked that 7 minutes in they asked if I had any questions for them and indicated it was the end of the interview. Not only was I shocked about this, but I was shocked they said I would not be a good fit for the company because they only asked me three questions and did not know much about me at all.
