I applied for this position through Linkedin in March and 2 weeks later a recruiter reached out to me for an interview. At first I thought it was fake because the recruiter did not have a profile picture nor any job experience listed on their page. We set up a zoom interview which lasted about 20 minutes. After chatting for 10 minutes I could tell that they were looking for someone with more experience than me. I didn't make it to round 2 but that's ok. Seemed like a good company to work for with a remote first mindset. Maybe I will try again in the future once I have more UX experience.
