Attended a group discovery day then followed by scenarios and interview. The day was informal and dress was smart casual. Interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable. You then were on training course for 6 weeks on a hybrid basis. No parking at the office so had to park in west quay and pay
HireVue filmed interview, very quick process I wish all interviews could be this straightforward. Was asked 5 questions and had to record a response to each question. Was able to record from my phone using the HireVue app, the entire process took about 10 minutes from start to finish.

You first do a video interview then a panel interview. It was really easy. The panel of interviewers were down to earth. Made the interview a breeze. It was comfortable with them.
