You are called in for an interview by HR. Then you are taken to the cafeteria for a tour and to meet the current manager and shift supervisor who will also ask you more questions about your past experience. I wrote a letter thanking them for their time after the interview and telling them why I was a good fit for their team which is what impressed them the most. I heard back with a job offer almost two months later.
