I applied through the hospital website. A recruiter called me to set up an on-site interview. On-site was with three different department managers. I got an offer within a week.
Interview process was organized and simple. Everyone was welcoming throughout the process and very helpful. It definitely helped ease the nerves especially with this being my first nursing job. I recommend
Nurse manager was extremely friendly. I didn't feel rushed and I felt likee she truly cared about my nursing journey and success. In total it lasted about 30 minutes. Great interview!
