I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carollo Engineers (Walnut Creek, CA)
Interview
Interview was quite amicable, probably helped that I was recruited from one of the feeder engineering programs for Carollo. That was over a decade ago but then, a fair number of the senior partners were graduates of my engineering program. I was interviewed by two senior partners (individually) and then went from office to office speaking with about 4 or 5 engineers at different levels of the company.
