Interview
I applied online and got a call for an interview about a week later. Met at a Starbucks for the interview. Interviewer was my future manager. She was very nice and understanding during the interview and asked a lot of situational questions. This was my first job so I didn't have any work experience but I related the questions back to group projects I've had in school and it worked quite well. Interview was fairly laid back it really felt like I was just chatting with a friend and I wasn't very nervous which helped. At the end of the interview she asked if I would like feedback since it was my first interview. I said yes and she said that I interviewed extremely well and she would. It have guessed it was my first interview. I left that interview feeling pretty good about it all. She told me when she would call which was about 2 weeks later and she called telling me I got the job! My advice would be to make a personal connection. My interviewer mentioned that she likes to sew, and I told her I also enjoy it and that seemed to help the conversation. This company really looks for bubbly personalities and they describe their ideal worker as "preppy" so smile a lot in your interview and be polite. Try to convey what the company stands for and you may get a call back.

Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
