I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Carter's (Schererville, IN) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process itself was brief, but when I came I had to wait about 15 minutes for the manager to get ready. She asked common/basic interview questions, and it only lasted about 5 minutes. I got hired on the spot. The fact that the interview process was very surface-level and not very in-depth makes me wonder if they hire employees off appearance alone.
