Interview
There was a group of three of us who applied for the position---so myself plus two others. We sat down with the manager in the back stock room who started the interview off with some information about herself. She then explained how the questions were set up. She said there would be 4 questions in total that she'd ask each of us. Three of those questions we'd all be asked, and the last one was based on our answers we gave on our application assessments. Actually, though, 2 of us had the same assessment-based question---but she said that had happened before. For each question, she started with a different person to keep it fair. It was a comfortable experience and lasted about 30 minutes.
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
