Hired as temp during ramp up to holidays. Was kept as permanent part-time. The interview was done with 2 other applicants in the store room. It was a busy store day and the interviewer was distracted but asked the basic interviewing questions and made notes. After hire I know that all managers and supervisors discuss the applicants, even other associates chime in. Appearance and personality are key.
