Pretty simple and basic, they just want to know some basic information and if you're capable of doing things in the job description. I said I had experience in managing inventory from a past job and they assigned me to the IC department after I accepted the job.

It was through a staffing agency. Straight to the point. Drug test, paperwork, orientation and then more paperwork. There were multiple people there and the staff were nice. Basically anyone can get hired on from what i witnessed.
