Question 1
How would you resolve not agreeing with a team member on a project path?
Interview was fairly straightforward. Wanted to know about me and was willing to talk about what I would look like if I was to work there. Team was very nice.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Carter's (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2022
Interview
5 - 6 interviews for the entry level accountant role. They make you feel as if you were interviewing for a managerial role. They requested W2's for job verification, which I found very odd. In addition, they requested referrals even before giving the job offer. This hiring process took four months, and it seems to me it was a waste of time. I would not recommend this company to any of my colleagues.
