I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Carter's (Atlanta, GA) in May 2021
Interview
Recruited and went through 10 interviews over a period of 6 weeks while employed with another company. Someone from the company told my employer at that time that I was interviewing with them. Not only did they notify my employer, they didn’t notify me about wether I obtained the position or not. I had to call them 3 times. I should’ve listened to past employees I knew that said this company is horrible to work for.

Question 1
Great interview questions and engaging but the current employees hinted at how disjointed and unpleasant management treated employees.
I've applied online to multiple Carter's jobs that I seem quite qualified for (probably applied a total of 5 times over a decade). I have NEVER received even a response from them, ever. It's unbelievable. I have decades of experience in apparel, working in NY, LA and Boston. I LIVE in Atlanta where I know they could use my experience and I get nothing. I've stopped even bothering with them at this point, both because they never respond but also because they get terrible reviews.
