I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Carto (Washington, DC) in Oct 2016
Interview
Did not receive a call until 30 days after applying. Phone interview with recruiter was informative and thorough. Phone interview with hiring manager left something to be desired. I was never questioned about my qualifications for the job or how my skills would be a good fit. It was obvious the hiring manager was never interested in my candidacy but was merely doing the interview to show he had done his due diligence.
