I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding the interview process with Cascades. Twice, an interview was scheduled with me, and both times, the interviewer failed to attend without any prior notice or explanation. This lack of professionalism and respect for my time is unacceptable. As a candidate, I prepared and adjusted my schedule accordingly, expecting a serious and organized hiring process. However, the absence of communication and accountability has left me questioning the reliability of this company. I strongly urge Cascades to address such unprofessional behavior and improve their recruitment process. Wasting candidates’ time reflects poorly on the organization and discourages serious professionals from considering future opportunities with them.
