Casella Waste Systems interview questions

Amazingly disjointed for publicly traded company. Unprofessional overall. Excessively long-4 months with several semi ghosting periods. Would never accept offer after seeing appalling communication and treatment during interview process. Rep is better than the company, but probably catching up in short order.

Professional, yet relaxed. I met the manager and shook hands, he was very friendly. Offered me coffee and water, and eased into the interview with casual conversation. He emphasized their strict safety standards and desire for whomever they hire to adhere to them. He addressed my concerns with satisfaction, in particular if there were to be issues of harassment. We agreed that the pay offered was fair, and he displayed a willingness to work with my schedule needs (daycare hours).
