I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Morrisville, NC) in May 2016
Interview
I was very impressed with the interview itself, although the set-up process could use some tweaking. The scheduling of the three interviewers was apparently a challenge, which I do understand given how busy the company seems to be. The recruiter is very friendly and down to earth, while also being very knowledgeable regarding technical scientific discussions. Overall I was very impressed with the interview, the interviewers, and the facility.

Question 1
What was a challenging situation in my previous (current) job, and how did I handle this situation?
Canned questions like they all went to the same class on how to interview. I was not impressed by the facilities or by my would be boss. I think I will stay clear of this place
