I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Morrisville, NC) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a relatively, new HR representative of interest in bringing me in for an on-site interview for a position needed urgently, within 4-6 weeks. I showed up the next week for the interview. I interviewed with all females individually, most had little time to be there, but had to be there because they needed someone quickly. I ended up listening more than talking. The last interviewer informed me that if I was not selected...which automatically meant I did not have the position...that I should I apply again.
This was not oriented totally toward a behaviorally based interview process.
