After 5 attempts, I never even got the chance to have a phone interview. It seems like HR is too overworked, which seems to be a theme (overworked employees) from other company reviews about other departments. I was contacted via email for a phone interview and was asked to provide two time options from a long list of options. I did and never heard any sort of confirmation or reschedule request. My time selections across two different days came and went with no call or email. Then the following day, I got an email saying if I was free that afternoon, she would try to fit me in, or I could suggest some times from another long list of available times. I said I was free that afternoon and also recommended a backup time from the list for the next day. Again, I did not receive any confirmation or phone call either day. At the end of the week, I got another email asking to try again. I suggested three times, all on the same day, from a list of options and received confirmation of one of those times (confirming both day and time). But when the scheduled time came, I did not receive a call. The day after the scheduled time, HR called, but I was unavailable. I received messages that I had missed our scheduled interview, though from HR's emails, it was actually scheduled for the day before. The process was very unorganized and did not give a good impression of the company, so I withdrew.
