I was contacted to schedule a phone interview, and I provided my availability that same day. Never got a response back, and when I reached out less than a week later they told me that the position had already been filled. Very unprofessional of the recruiter to not follow up, especially after expressing interest.

First was the HR screen call, which asked the usual questions. Next, an interview was set with the hiring manager; this went well so it quickly progressed to supervisor and peer. All virtual meetings. Very smooth and acted quickly
