I interviewed in October/November of 2021 for a position at the Madison, WI location. The interview process lasted about 3 weeks. Three parts were invloved: Initial screening with their recruiter, a 30 min screening with the lab manager, and then two 45 min back-to-back video calls (one with 2 people and another 1:1). Overall the feeling was laid back, but questions were answered pretty much one after the other, rapid fire. A good mix of technical and behavioral questions. Technical questions were not very daunting. They were basically questions regarding my previous experience with things that the job description included. This specific job description dealt with protein purification. Offer of 57k and 3.5k signing bonus. I accepted the offer.
