I was interviewed/gaslit for two hours just to be rejected. The woman I interviewed with seemed to care more about nitpicking my answers and making me look contradictory and inconsistent more than she cared about getting to know me as a candidate. For example, she asked what one of my strengths is and I said that I enjoy challenges and problem solving. Later in the interview she asked what pet peeves I have in my job to which I replied "Well, it can be pretty frustrating when you can't find or access information you need". She tried to twist this into a "gotcha" moment by saying "bUt I tHoUgHt YoU lIkEd ChAlLeNgEs". I feel like she would've taken issue with any and every answer. Fcking b.itch.
