Recruiter reached out to have me apply to a role; got automated rejection to that one but I had curiously wandered into applying for another role while applying to the first. HR person reached out about that second one and scheduled 3 interviews the next week. Went through the 3 interviews/hour and a half conversation where the questions were pretty standard nothing too tough. The negative was that upon completing the three interviews, no further communication was given. Complete silence; ghosted. Super unprofessional and definitely leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
