I was referred by an employee to check out this company, Catapult Learning. Thus, I scheduled a meeting with the manager. I went in the next day and the manager explained the duties and responsibilities to uphold as well as salary.
Then let me know which schools I will go to.
The first step was an initial phone call, followed by a zoom call. Decision process did not take long. They keep things simple and were fairly transparent about expectations, pay, benefits, and more.
After submitting an online app, we set up a zoom interview where the job and expectations were explained in further detail. It was a pretty simple and straightforward experience in my opinion
