Interview
After the screening interview, I went to Caterpillar for an in-person interview that consisted of a panel interview with three Caterpillar leaders. The interview was intense, but everyone was extremely friendly and kind.

I do not remember a specific example, but multiple examples are required for the same category which can be difficult.
