I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caterpillar in Sep 2021
Interview
Applied online. Recruiter reached out to me for a phone screening about 10 days later on a Wednesday. I had the phone screening two days later on Friday, and they scheduled a virtual Microsoft Teams interview during that same interview for that following Friday.
Even though I was not selected, they actually called me back to give me some feedback on why they went with the other candidate. And the callback was about four days after the virtual interview.
So, overall, a very quick interview process.
They followed the STAR method and will tell you so in the interview, so be prepared for that.
