The interview process took a few months which was expected. I was first applied for the job in October, of that year then interviewed in November and started in January. The interview its self was professional and fair but also felt comfortable. I did interview with one person only, however I was also given the chance to shadow/visit the department and meet the current workers and other managers. After accepting the job there is of course required on boarding with the CHS home site, drug testing, and physicals.
