It was easy going. They reviewed my application through online and contacted me. It was 1 round of interview with director of engineer and manager. They asked stuff resume stuff and looking whether could we be able to work with them.

There was a phone interview at first and a technical interview in person at their office in Grand Rapids which was taken by two software engineers. The technical interview was an hour long.

The phone interview was about the resume, previous work experience, and education. The technical interview had several questions about Object Oriented programming.
I was interviewed by 2 Software Engineers. They asked me a technical question that i was able to solve optimally, including many different tests. They decided to move forward with another candidate. Not sure why they wasted my time as I spoke to an engineer before this interview and they seemed to have slots open.

Very relaxed interview and they have you choose cards that describe strengths and weaknesses. It was a one on one interview with a team manager. The questions were pretty standard.
