I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cavallo (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
Felt very Wonky and unorganized. Got interviewed by non-management personnel who had been with company a couple months. Found out later the manager forgot about the interview and had someone backfill.
Overall it was a long, drawn out process but other than that the interviews were easy.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cavallo in Apr 2020
Interview
Aggressive and unique with several people and functions participating. Clearly meant to weed out people that want a cushy role. The interview included a couple members of the executive team which was helpful in getting a perspective about the vision and direction of the company.
