I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cavallo (Grand Rapids, MI) in Feb 2013
Interview
A software developer and a manager interviewed me together. They asked a few questions about software conventions and gave a fairly simple paper software test on C# and SQL. The questions were logic questions they had me talk through. They also included standard programming questions such as defining terms like polymorphism. The paper test had me write simple functions to solve problems such as sorting a list of numbers. The SQL portion required simple queries that were straightforward.
