Very simple and straight forward. Not difficult at all. I got a call to come in for an interview the day before the store opened its doors for the first time. The interview was very quick, he just asked me to tell about myself and then asked my schedule and told me to come in for work the next morning. I LOVED working at that store. I learned so much from that job and the manager. I was there a year and a half then ended up going back once I left the first time.

it was a pretty easy interview i was nervous at first because it was my first job but it wasn't as bad they simply ask u really easy questions bt hobbies , experience, availability and about ursel
Very easy process, managers were interested in getting to know me and have a real conversation, pay was not what I expected though so had to turn the hiring offer down

Simple questions regarding why Cavenders interests you and who you are. Be sure to be up truthful in what you would like in terms of hours. If not, you could be hard pressed for days off.
