Pretty standard one on one interview with the department manager. HR did a good job of sending instructions (address, parking info, map of location). Hiring manager was a little cold, which gave me the impression that she didn't really enjoy the job that much. Was hard getting information regarding the benefits of working there, which to me means there aren't many. But who knows, I didn't get the job so I don't know for sure. I never heard back from the hiring manager as to whether I got the job or not, but a month has gone by without any word from them and they were looking to fill the position quickly, so I assume they were not interested in proceeding with me. I always find it unprofessional when this happens. You should always let the candidate know if they got the job or not.
