Disjointed Talent Acquisition Team seems to all work independently on different listings, so three of them were all contacting me in different ways for different listings. They all ask different things of you...it's a mess. I ended up speaking to one recruiter via phone and all he wanted to do was talk about how amazing Cedars is and all the benefits and these different employees who had been there for decades. He didn't even ask me a single question about my resume. He then said he would be forwarding my information to the hiring manager and was very positive and I never heard from her. Then another one sent me both a LinkedIn email and an actual email asking for me to set up and interview and when I responded to him, no follow through, literally crickets. They just don't have it together.
