Phone screening. Then 30-minute interviews with inside sales management, business development management, marketing management and the North America CEO. Questions were asked based upon my resume, skills set, and how I would handle varying scenarios working within the company culture.

If you identified a customer need in the field, how would you handle it given there is management in the United States and another set at the Corporate level in another country where the product is managed and direction is set?
