Fill out an application at joincellularsales.com. Got follow up call for a phone interview. After phone interview had a face to face with team leader which then was called back for a face to face with regional director. Asked a lot of questions about past experiences and what motivates me.

It was good and simple process. There was nothing too complicated and focused more on personality then anything. If you are a people person this is a job you can ace
Went very well. Very informative and transparent. I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. The interviewer was very professional and had information to back up everything that was said.

Interview
It was a very quick and straight forward interview process. The recruiter was quick to respond to emails and calls and was able to get me scheduled for an interview within days of applying and completing the initial screening process… she was very thorough, friendly and informative.
