I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cellular Sales (Birmingham, AL) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process took about 3 weeks. I knew a few people who already worked in the company so got them to put in a recommendation. I then received a phone call and did a short phone interview. Then I went to the company 2 separate times for in person interviews before I was offered the job. They were very descriptive during the in person interviews and really want to make sure their employees know everything about the position.
