1st round was an HR screening with a recruiter. Then had to submit a SQL eval before I could schedule 2nd round (behavioral with some current consultants). 3rd round is the "challenge", a sample project using their software and presenting findings. 4th round with a VP. The recruiting team was transparent about having a long interview process, but some items to consider- especially if you aren't sure you're that interested- you need multiple days to learn the software to even begin the challenge, then you need to do data analysis to create content for your challenge presentation, and that presentation is expected to be 45 mins long. Honorable mention to the fact that they use a custom variant of SQL.
