I had an interview with HR, and it all went well; the next round was planned with the Hiring Manager, and it changed at the last minute. Then was interviewed by another person from the team working in a similar position for the role advertised. Later I was informed that I was not going through the next round; when asked for more information, the HR revered stated that the interview went well, but the role has changed, which doesn't make sense. I assume the person taking the interview was more junior and better to kill the competition than hiring a better candidate :D.
