I had an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a VP and director. Following that, I executed a case study that was presented to Leadership. The case study is challenging - but a good introduction to the role / system. Overall, really great process. The interview felt like not only were they interviewing me but I was also interviewing them and Celonis to understand if it would be a good fit for me.

First interview out of the gate was with the Vice President. The next interview was with a Director. Question we're all relevant to the role with plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions. Third interview was with Chief Customer Officer. Final was the CVM Challenge which was very indepth requiring the candidate to learn the software. This however gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my understanding of the tool, as well as my communication skills and business accumen. At the end of the process I felt very comfortable with the opportunity and the Company.

5-6 steps comprising interviews with HR, manager, VP of division and county leader, as well as a challenge (i.e. a role-specific exercise) to be presented in front of 2 senior people as a role-play exercise. Finally an online cognitive test with the purpose of profiling employees.
