Interview
The interview process was uncomplicated and timely. It was composed of 3 parts:
1. HR interview
We talked about my background, knowledge about the company and expectations. It was more about the personal fit.
2. Case interview
You receive an online case 1-2 weeks before the interview, where you get the chance to use the software for the first time. You build a business case and pitch it in front of 3 managers. Afterwards, you have to answer questions related to the case. If you prepare well, you don't have to worry about the case interview. It is actually very interesting and fun to use the software beforehand.
3. Reference check
At the end, they ask you to provide 4 references to check your background.
All in all the interview process went well and the HR team was always available for questions.

Had a first interview scheduled for a Solutions Engineer position and the recruiter never showed up, emailed them to see if we were still on for the interview and never got a response

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Celonis in Apr 2022
Interview
Celonis was quite prompt with their responses and the process took around 2.5 weeks from start to finish. First step was a phone screen with HR, then a 1on1 behavioral interview with an SE Manager. This is followed by another 1on1 interview with a supervisor which was mostly behavioral and asked for a company pitch to test knowledge. If you do well, they grant you access to the Celonis EMS platform and ask you to give two demos, one is with the same manager you have your first zoom interview with. This first run is mainly to get feedback and check speaking skills. Then you give the demo to a larger group of people including the SE team. In my case I only presented to two people. The final round is a one on one interview with the global team head. Entirely behavioral and mostly a personality/fit check.
