Interview
The interview process is comprised of three main stages (+ an assessment). Every candidate needs to be prepared with competency based and personal background questions. The interim stage, which is the business case is the most challenging part of the process. For the CVAs the candidates are given access to a mock data environment and assigned to a use case, based on which they need to develop a comprehensive presentation that encompasses data analysis, analytical and presentation skills. This is presented to senior management (depending on the team you are applying to). The main objective of this stage is to test the candidate's skills and their ability to execute the job and how they would provide business value to our clients.

There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter and the hiring manager, followed by a presentation prompt backed by their software where you had to basically sell their services to a client, followed by a presentation to an executive team who would simulate a client presentation scenario and grill you on why Celonis is valuable (backed by data and knowledge of their software)

The interview process was very structured, clearly communicated and very swift: from the first interview with recruitment to the final offer, it took only three weeks. Feedback was provided along the process in a prompt and useful way.

First interview is with recruitment, the second one is more focused on the role fit and the third one includes a practical exercise which gives the candidate the opportunity to show their analytical skills, as well as to try out the Celonis EMS and fall in love with it!
