As a recruiter, I have certain expectations when it comes to being on the other end of an interview process. For example, I value transparency, engagement and detail. In the case of the emails that initially caught my interest, as well as my interview with Celonis, transparency was there from the get go. The recruiters and hiring managers were both very engaging, had clearly done their research and kept the conversation very fluid. They gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions and kept in touch with me throughout the process, which was very important. They even stayed in touch via text message and sent helpful resources beyond what I was asking for.
