I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Celonis in Feb 2022
Interview
Very straightforward. I applied to the job posting and had a prescreen with someone on the team. Then there were 2 back to back interviews with the hiring manager and someone else on the team.

Question 1
Why are you interested in going into coordination?
I applied online. I interviewed at Celonis (Bengaluru) in May 2022
Interview
The interview experience was great. They will encourage you as well to ask questions & clear your doubt. Each interviewer will give you an idea of what you will get to make yourself extremely engaged with the position.
They'll pretend as if they will select you & for reference check they will ask you ask your colleagues/ manager submit reference for you ( basically a 5 to 10 mins of the questionnaire they need to fill for you)
But at the last moment I got to know that due to restructuring they have put the position on HOLD!
Interview process will look like:
-Telephonic screening
- Initial video interview
- Challenge Interview
- Aptitude Test
- Interview with Manager
- Reference check

Question 1
Why do you want to be in this role?
What are the skills required for the role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Celonis in Mar 2022
Interview
The process was definitely lengthy but I found that to be a positive. In the end, it reassured me that, if chosen, I would be a good fit and that the team would set me up for success from day one. It started with an initial phone screen with a member of my current team. The questions were very behavioral in nature. The second two interviews were skills-based and that's where I met with my current manager and another member of my current team. In between the second and final round, I took two skills-based tests/take home assignments. Finally, we ended with references and then an offer. Very thorough, but this process really allowed me to get to know them just as much as they were getting to know me. It allowed me to be 100% sure of my decision!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions (that I can remember) were based around my work experience, how I manage my time, examples of projects I have worked on in the past related to the job I was applying for, and basic questions around getting to know me and what I'm looking for.
