Well structured, quick and efficient. Feedback was very prompt and the next steps were always clearly articulated. The interviews themselves were pleasant and respectful with clear and appropriate questions for the role. There is presentation to prepare which allows you to present relevant experience and strengths. The psychometric test was challenging but not impossibly so.
