It was quick, direct and to the point. The recruiter was always very attentive to me and wanted to move the process along quickly which was fantastic. Expectations were very clear from the beginning making it very clear as to what they wanted to see from me.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and was very helpful throughout the process. I had an initial screening call with the recruiter interview, two interviews with the hiring manager, and a final round challenge interview where I had to present a mock demo to the department head and hiring manager. The entire process took 4 weeks and I received an offer a couple of days after the final round. I thought it was a very efficient and informative process that allowed me to really understand both Celonis and the culture.
