The process takes about a month. Rounds consist of phone screen, SQL screen, manager screen, and product challenge then after that you have meetings with the hiring manager and the more senior level managers.

Interview
The interview process was very long. 3 interviews as well as a business case presentation and an online SQL quiz. For non-entry level, it also includes an IQ sort of quiz. The presentation was interesting because I had a chance to familiarize myself more with Celonis’ product. I think that 1 or 2 of the other 3 interviews could have been dropped and wouldn’t have made a difference. The interviews were not difficult, just time consuming. The people that I interacted with were very supportive during the interview process and I would have accepted the position had I not received a much higher offer from another firm for a similar role.
