Question 1
HR screen asking the general: - Walk me through your resume, - Highlight your favorite project Hiring Manager Screen: - What does Product Ops mean to you? - What was your most favorite project?
I found the HR recruiter to have a very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude.
She was yawning right in the middle of the interview. Her body language also showed that she was so done and tired, and even if it was unrelated to me, it gave a bad first impression of how the company handles human resources.
It was a terrible and frustrating experience, as I couldn't focus anymore. It was very clear that she was not listening at all- what was the point of keep talking?!
As expected, I did not proceed to the next stage.
I am not surprised that the position has remained open for several months until this day.
