The process consisted of 4 phases: - First was an initial screening with Human Resources. - Second was a first interview with the Hiring Manager to talk about skills and previous experiences. - Third was an assessment interview about a task it was given and questions about it. - Finally was a bar raiser interview to check the cultural fit.

Interview
My impression about the company, its culture and values was really good from the moment I was contacted.
The recruitment process was very well organized and the recruiter and the hiring manager were always supportive, resolving all my doubts, and in touch with me from the first day, when I was contacted, until the day I joined the company.
I would highlight that:
- The first email I got from the recruiter caught my attention because it was very detailed!
- The recruiter explained me from the very beginning about how the process would look like and he shared feedback with me after each step.
- The recruitment process was very complete (some interviews with very good questions and a challenge!), I really enjoyed the process.
- The hiring team was always very punctual, professional, attentive and natural.
When I joined the company, I had a buddy assigned to help me during the first days, and a good onboarding process to follow!
My experience has been very positive!
